Written by our CEO and inventor of the Glutezilla Ken Schmidt and The X Bands certified trainer Yune. This will put you through an intense workout everyday. Program guide is 30 pages long and includes: how to do cardio, how to diet, recovery tips, and 20 different exercises.
To perform the guide you will need the Glutezilla Band and a Booty Band, we recommend either our latex or a few fabric booty bands.
