Here are some great lower body exercises that you can do with your long loop resistance bands. Just grab a band thats challanging and give them a try. Resistance bands are great to provide progressive tension all the way through the movement making sure your muscles are engauged the entire time.
We make our long bands in both fabric and layex material both are great and do the same thing. However some exercises are more comfortable with a tough band expecally when its around your kneck or hips.
